Fulfillment Policy – Gym Cargo
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
Shipping Destinations: We currently only ship to Canada
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at care@gymcargo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have already been processed.
4. Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Issued for items returned in accordance with our return policy.
Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned after 30 days or not in their original condition, at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale items are non-refundable.
5. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
